Pam has more than four decades of varied nursing experience, including administration/management, education, and work as an education and legal consultant.
Pam is dually certified in medical-surgical nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses and is also certified in nursing professional development. She has extensive experience in leadership, education, and the legalities of nursing practice and documentation. Pam is a published author and speaks nationally on clinical, leadership and legal topics for healthcare professionals. Through Pam's leadership, the team at Consultation On-Call has provided education and professional development training to thousands of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
